- The process has been signaled with signal "9".
- Ran out of virtual memory, the local php setup is having issues and should be restarted. When running in a VM, the VM memory may be exhausted.

Elixir

Fri Nov 6
- Elixir Koans upgraded with broken functionality.
- Took a minute to try to install Erlang 20.0 (see below).
- Once I got Erlang 20.x installed, realized Elixir 1.5.x is no longer required.
- Recent changes introduced a break where now Elixir 1.10+ is required.
- The docker image and my local .tool-versions for asdf no longer work.
